Kenneth Lee
Senior Asset Manager
Kenneth T. Lee embarked on his real estate career more than 18 years ago, serving as an Asset and Project Manager for a full-service real estate development company specializing in office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties in the Puget Sound region. His expertise encompasses various facets of the industry, beginning with leasing, marketing, and negotiations, and expanding to encompass tenant improvements and renovations. Additionally, he had the distinct opportunity to oversee the development of a mixed-use project from its inception to its successful completion and lease-up of both the residential and commercial spaces. Kenneth holds a degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Debbie Brothers
Accountant
Debbie Brothers began her career in accounting in 1987 as a CPA, working in San Diego, CA. In 1995 she moved to the Seattle area with her family and worked as a CPA. After spending 15 years at home helping raise her family, Debbie started her own accounting firm, helping businesses of all sizes in the Puget Sound area. Debbie graduated San Diego State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting in 1989. Debbie was a PTA Treasurer-Tahoma School District, a Treasurer for LFEHOA and volunteered and played in local Puget Sound Pickleball Clubs.
Rowena Wamil
Property Manager
Rowena (Row) brings over 15 years of experience in sales, business operations, event planning, design, and project management. Her ambition, leadership skills, and meticulous attention to detail have propelled her into the commercial real estate industry, where she excels as a broker and property manager who has specialized in multi-family properties. To further her career and gain expertise in the continuously evolving commercial real estate industry, she has made the decision to enter the field of commercial asset management within Andover Management Company. Rowena holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of Washington.
